Fine Chocolates
Our flavors change seasonally. Here are a few of the favorites:
- Afraid of the Dark - A smooth dark ganache you won't be afraid of, made with 72% dark chocolate.
- Raspberry Sandwich - A two layer enrobed chocolate of a raspberry ganache and a raspberry pate de fruit
- Rockin' Ginger Pear- A two layer enrobed chocolate with ginger ganache and pear pate de fruit. Goes great with White Wine!

Filled/enrobed/solid chocolates are dark, white, or milk chocolate solid or filled with delicious ganaches or cremes flavored with raspberry, cherry, orange, pistachio, almond, hazelnut, chocolate, mint, or espresso. We also make fabulous dark chocolate covered cherries! Internet direct prices are $18 for a box of 12 pieces (excluding chocolate covered cherries). Chocolates can also be purchased in other quantities. |

Pretzels - These are one of our most requested items. These must be tasted to be believed. Pretzel rods dipped in soft caramel, then dipped in dark chocolate and then rolled in a variety of scrumptious toppings. Some favorite toppings are pistachio, almond, hazelnut, jimmies, or white chocolate. These are very popular due to the high quality chocolate and toppings used. The packaging and jimmies can be customized for special occasions/holidays (green/white for the Eagles, red hearts for Valentine's Day, fall colors for Thanksgiving). Prices are $3 for a package of 2, or $24 for a bulk package of 26.
